By using the App, you grant us permission to access and process your Apple Health data solely to provide the app’s features. You can revoke this access at any time through your device settings.

Intellectual Property

All content, including algorithms, designs, and features, are the exclusive property of HealthyApps LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our prior consent.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Any inaccuracies in the generative AI analyses or recommendations.

• Any health-related decisions made based on the App’s outputs.

• Loss of data or unauthorized access due to user negligence.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or at our discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately.
